Who you are dealing with

What this site is

It describes what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or a promise about your specific project — prices and scope depend entirely on what you actually need. Where a price is shown as a “from” figure, it is a starting point for a defined scope, not a ceiling and not a quote.

We keep the site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available.

Getting in touch

Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to taking the project. It starts a conversation. If we go ahead, what is included, what is not, and what it costs are written down and agreed before work begins.

Please do not send confidential material through the contact form. Wait until there is an agreement in place that covers it.

Impersonation and lookalike domains

We will only ever reply to an enquiry from sofiane.bifout@devaiosoft.com — that exact address, at that exact domain. If you receive a message that looks like it is from us but comes from a different or similar-looking address, it is not us, no matter how close the resemblance.

We are not responsible for loss caused by anyone impersonating DEV AIO SOFT through a lookalike address or domain we do not control. When in doubt, check the address against this page, or reach us directly through the details above.

Who owns what we build

You own the work we deliver for you — the code and the content — on completion, under the terms of your project agreement.

One honest qualification: third-party components used in a project come with their own licences and are licensed to you rather than transferred. That includes WordPress themes and plugins, fonts, stock photography and stock video. Which components a project uses is listed before you approve it, so it is never a surprise afterwards.

Owning it does not mean the credit line comes off. Sites we deliver carry a DEV AIO SOFT credit in the footer, and finished work may be shown publicly — both are set out in the next section, and both are agreed before anything starts.

Our credit line, and showing the work

Every website we deliver carries a DEV AIO SOFT credit line in its footer. That is standard on our work and part of what you agree to before anything starts — not something added quietly at the end.

Finished work is public by default. Once your project is live, we may name it, link to it and describe it on our Work page. Work you have not launched yet is not shown until you go live, because it is not released — and until then we do not describe it anywhere.

What we don't promise

We will not promise you a search ranking, a return on advertising spend, a number of enquiries, or an amount of revenue. Nobody can honestly promise those, and anyone who does is selling you something else.

What we do commit to is the work and the visibility into it: looking at the business before spending on ads, making the fixes, running the campaigns, and reporting plainly on what was spent and what came back.

This website’s own content

The text, design and code of this site belong to DEV AIO SOFT. You are welcome to link to it and to quote it with attribution. Please do not copy it wholesale to present as your own.

Limits

Nothing on this website is professional advice for your particular situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the site itself. Liability relating to actual project work is dealt with in that project’s agreement, where it can be set against what the work is and what it costs.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. An agreement already signed for a project is not affected by a later change here. See also our privacy policy.
