Built with
Next.js · React · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS · WordPress
Build or improve a web app
Software that runs in the browser: client portals, dashboards, booking and internal tools, and subscription products — plus AI tools built into your product: assistants, automation and document processing.
Built with
Next.js · React · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS · Clerk · Cloudinary · Vercel
Build software for Windows or Mac
Applications that run on the machine, for work that has to happen locally — with or without a connection.
Get found when people search
Being found by people already looking for what you do — on Google, on the map when the search is local, and when someone asks an AI assistant instead of searching.
Put budget behind it
Ad campaigns on Google and Meta, the landing pages they point at, and plain reporting on what the money did — once the things that would waste it are fixed.
Show it off with video
Short promotional films, ad creative and launch assets, produced alongside the site or campaign they run on.
Build a mobile app
Native iOS and Android apps are on the way — not open just yet. Web and desktop are the focus right now. Tell us what you're picturing, and you'll be first to know when they launch.

FAQ
Questions worth asking before you hire anyone.
I'm a small business. Am I too small for you?
No. DEV AIO SOFT LLC builds for startups and small businesses as a matter of course — a first website is as welcome as a full business system. Work is sized to what you need now and built so it can grow later, which is why there is no minimum budget and no budget question on the contact form. Tell us the problem and we will tell you what it would actually take.
What can you build?
Websites — marketing sites, landing pages, blogs and online stores. Web applications — client portals, dashboards, booking systems, internal tools and subscription products, including AI features built into your product such as assistants, automation and document processing. Desktop software that runs natively on Windows and macOS. Plus the digital marketing and promotional video that support all of it. Mobile apps are in development and not shipping yet.
The pricing page says "from $500" — is that what I'll actually pay?
$500 is the starting price: a proven WordPress template, adapted to your brand and content, for a straightforward site. It is a floor, not a fixed price — once you describe what you're building, the quote reflects what it actually needs, and you see that number before you approve anything. Every tier and service on the pricing page publishes a figure the same way, and every one of them is the least that work has ever cost rather than what it usually costs. Domain, hosting and any paid tool the site needs are billed separately at cost, never folded into the figure.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer or an agency?
One point of contact, from the first conversation through launch and after. Nobody hands you off, nobody makes you explain yourself twice, and the person who scopes the work is the person accountable for it. DEV AIO SOFT LLC also takes a limited number of projects at a time so that stays true rather than becoming a slogan.
What do you actually build with?
For websites and web applications: Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, with Clerk for accounts, Cloudinary for images and video, and Vercel for hosting — or WordPress with custom themes and plugins where that fits better. Desktop applications are built natively for Windows and macOS. The list is deliberately what can be supported long after launch, not everything that could be produced.
Can you take over an existing website or codebase?
Yes, with one caveat worth stating upfront: taking over existing work starts with a review to confirm the foundation can support what you want to do, rather than assuming it can. If the review finds the foundation won't hold, that gets surfaced before the work is priced, not after.
Who owns the site and the code when it's finished?
You do. The delivered code and its content are yours on completion, under terms agreed in writing before work begins, and you can ask for the source code at any point — during the build, at launch, or long afterwards. One honest qualification: third-party components — WordPress themes and plugins, fonts, stock photography and video — come with their own licences and are licensed to you rather than transferred. Which of those a project uses is listed before you approve it, never discovered afterwards.
Where is the site hosted — yours or mine?
Ours by default, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a condition. When a problem sits on our infrastructure it gets fixed directly; when it sits on yours, nothing can be touched until you have granted access, so a fix starts with a request rather than with the fix. Hosting, the domain and any paid service the project needs are billed to you at cost, never marked up. If you would rather run it on your own hosting and accounts, say so and that is what we do — everything handed over, source code included, no fee for leaving. Owning the work and hosting the work are separate things, and we keep them separate.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
That is the intention, and it shapes how things get built. Content you are likely to change — text, images, prices, opening hours, posts — is built to be edited without touching code or calling us. What we cover after launch, and what falls outside it, is written into the scope with everything else rather than left vague.
Will you run ads for my business?
Yes, but not first. We look at how enquiries reach you today, what converts and what is quietly losing you work, and we fix that before spending anything on ads — spending before that is paying to send people to a leak. Then come the campaigns, the pages behind them and plain reporting on what was spent and what came back. What we will not do is promise a ranking, a return or a number of leads. Nobody can honestly promise those.
What if what I need isn't something you do?
We will say so and point you somewhere better rather than learn on your budget. It costs the occasional project, and it is the reason the advice you do get is worth something — it isn't bent by what we would rather sell you.
Where are you, and how do we talk?
