What we collect, and what we don't.

Who is responsible

DEV AIO SOFT, operating from Constantine, Algeria, is responsible for the information described here. For anything on this page, write to sofiane.bifout@devaiosoft.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your email address, the message you write, and — if you choose to pick one — what the enquiry is about. Nothing else. There is no name field, no company field and no budget field.

Your IP address, briefly. It is held in memory for a short period to limit how many times the form can be submitted from one place, which is what stops the form being used for spam. It is not written to a database and not used to identify you.

Automated visitors. When a known search or AI crawler requests a page, we record which crawler it was and which page it asked for. This never applies to a person browsing the site.

No cookies and no analytics. We do not set cookies, we run no analytics product, and we do not build a profile of you. Our host keeps standard server logs, as any host does.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with the consent you give by ticking the box on the form.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever wanted to send you something unrelated to your enquiry, we would ask first.

Who else sees it

Two service providers process this information so the site can work at all:

• Vercel — website hosting (United States).
• Resend — delivering enquiry notifications by email (United States).

Because these providers are based in the United States and we operate from Algeria, your information is handled outside your own country. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last message to us, so that we can pick up a conversation you started, and then deleted. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as the work and any legal obligations require.

Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

What you can ask for

You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it, or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw your consent, at any time.

Write to sofiane.bifout@devaiosoft.com and we will reply within one business day. There is no form to fill in and no charge. If you are in the UK or EU and you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. See also our terms.
